Lisa and her fiancée, Shawn, and their daughter make their home in Williston. Lisa’s older daughter recently moved back to the area after living away for several years. Lisa has spent her entire life in Williams County. While in college, she was offered a position at WCAC and has never left. Lisa has worked in all aspects of the business during her many years here at WCAC. In her spare time, what little of that she has, Lisa loves to read, enjoy the sunshine and spend time with family and friends.
Tara O'Neill

Tara and her husband, Jessy, are proud parents of two adult children. As an Army brat, Tara moved often growing up, but her family settled in Williston after her father retired — and it’s been home ever since. She attended both junior high and high school here, building lifelong connections in the community.
In her free time, Tara enjoys relaxing with family and friends, playing games, and watching movies. She and Jessy share their home with their beloved dog, Bruce, who always keeps life interesting.

Vanessa and her husband, Brad, have 3 kids and 1 super-cute grandson! Vanessa grew up in Sidney, but calls Williston her home. She’s an amazing cook, so when she brings in lunch for us – we are all in! For fun, she and her family enjoy going to the movies, 4-wheeling, target shooting and playing board games. On the weekends, you can probably find them doing something around the house (never-ending projects when you own a home!) or visiting friends and family out of town.

Closing Professional, Licensed Title Insurance Agent and Office Manager
Sam and her husband, Justin, both grew up just a hop, skip and a jump away in Tioga, but have called Williston home since 2009. She loves spending time with her husband and their 5 four-legged children, cats Stella, Ash, and Milo, and dogs Crowley and Ally, working with numbers and reading. She even has her Associates of Applied Science Degrees in both Business Management and Accounting! Sam was an insurance agent in her former job, so she fit right in here! In addition to preparing and conducting closings, Sam obtained her Title Insurance license in November 2020 and became our Office Manager in December 2020!
